2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased through our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address other than the one provided by our team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Digital downloads, including SVGs, templates, and artwork
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Clearance or final sale items
These products are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sisterhoodcrafts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide return shipping instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@sisterhoodcrafts.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
6. Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
