Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellation requests may not be accommodated once production begins. Your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders & Backorders: Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Order Limits: We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or household to prevent fraud or resale.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Posted prices do not include shipping or applicable sales taxes. Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to your shipping address. You agree to provide valid, current payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact info@sisterhoodcrafts.com within 5 business days if an item is missing, damaged, or defective. Provide photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and other content on our Services are the property of The Sisterhood Craft Studio or our licensors and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws. All university, fraternity, and sorority names, logos, symbols, and insignia are used under license and remain the property of their respective trademark owners. The Sisterhood Craft Studio is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any national fraternity or sorority, and no claim of such endorsement is made or implied. 6A. Digital Products License

For any digital downloads (including SVGs, templates, or digital artwork), upon full payment you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, distribute, share, sublicense, or upload files for others to download. Digital products are final sale once delivered, except where prohibited by law.

7. Optional Tools

You may be provided access to third-party tools or apps. These are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review any applicable third-party terms.

9A. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Promotions are limited-time offers that cannot be applied to prior purchases and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be reloaded, and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. If you opt in to marketing messages, you consent to receive emails or texts from us. You can unsubscribe or text STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

11A. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products begin production once payment is processed or artwork is approved (if applicable). Production timelines are estimates only. All custom and made-to-order sales are final except in the case of manufacturing defects. Minor variations in color, placement, or materials are normal due to the handmade nature of our products.

12. Errors and Inaccuracies

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or malicious purpose, including to infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, spam, or circumvent security features. We reserve the right to terminate access for any prohibited use.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts owed prior to termination.

15A. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Most customer issues can be resolved by contacting info@sisterhoodcrafts.com. For any dispute not resolved informally, you and The Sisterhood Craft Studio agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Johnson County, Iowa. This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Sisterhood Craft Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid us for the product in the six months preceding the claim.

16A. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain issues, strikes, pandemics, or acts of government.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sisterhood Craft Studio and Shopify from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and The Sisterhood Craft Studio.

Shopify and its affiliates are intended third-party beneficiaries of the limitation and disclaimer sections of these Terms.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or delegate them without notice.

21. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any permitted court actions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
