1. Overview
The Sisterhood Craft Studio ships orders within the United States using reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and related details for all purchases made through our online store.
2. Processing Times
All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Custom or made-to-order items require additional production time, which will be noted in the product description or communicated via email.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most deliveries. However, we may also use UPS or FedEx depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
4. Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods may affect delivery speed.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Promotional free shipping offers (when available) apply only to qualifying orders within the continental United States.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
The Sisterhood Craft Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier delivery issues.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at info@sisterhoodcrafts.com.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
9. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order items require additional processing time before shipping. Production timelines are listed in the product description and begin once payment is received or artwork is approved (if applicable). Shipping estimates apply only after production is complete.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays or high-volume seasons, such as November through December, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed during these periods.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized or insured packages; a physical address may be required.
